Kathy is a long time resident of the Central
Coast, having grown up and gone to school in the area. She began her real estate career in
1979 and in 1986 began working as a Broker Associate and Office Manager for Bay Osos
Brokers, a very successful company owned and operated by her husband, Leon Van Beurden. Recently,
with three of her four children in college, Kathy has rekindled her Real Estate Sales
career with Bay Osos Brokers. "I feel my work as manager has given me an insight into
the entire Real Estate process from an objective point of view and it will work as an
advantage for my clients."
Kathy is a member of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors MLS and the National
Assocation of Realtors.
