In April 1986, I founded Bay Osos Brokers after spending several years working with other real estate brokerages and national franchises. I believed there was a better way to serve clients by creating a brokerage built on collaboration rather than competition. My vision was to bring together highly educated, full-time real estate professionals who would share their knowledge, support one another, and continually strive to provide the highest level of service.

As our clients' needs evolved, so did our business. In 1992, we expanded to include property management services, allowing us to provide comprehensive real estate solutions under one roof.

Today, after 40 years in business, Bay Osos Brokers has grown into more than just a brokerage. Our team brings decades of collective real estate experience, and we remain committed to serving every client with integrity, professionalism, and personalized care.
